This type of service allows you to interact with live chat platforms managed by third parties, directly from the pages of this Application, in order to be able to contact and be contacted by the support service of this Application.
In the event that an interaction service with live chat platforms is installed, it is possible that, even if the Users do not use the service, it collects Usage Data relating to the pages in which it is installed. Additionally, live chat conversations may be recorded.

The GetSiteControl Chat Widget is an interaction service with the GetSiteControl live chat platform, provided by GetWebCraft Limited.

5. Modalities of treatment

The processing of personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in Article 4 paragraph 1 n. 2) of the GDPR and precisely: collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data.

6. Personal data access and duration
  • The data collected for information purposes are processed and stored only for the time necessary to provide the service, i.e. to process the information requested by the User.
  • Access to data is by the owner or persons in charge of processing or system operators.
  • The personal data collected may be communicated to the Judicial Authority in the cases expressly provided for by law without the consent of the person concerned.
  • The data provided are not transferred abroad and are not subject to disclosure.

The User has the right to receive its Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, where technically feasible, to have it transferred without hindrance to another controller. This provision is applicable when the Data is processed by automated means and the processing is based on the User’s consent, a contract to which the User is a party or contractual measures related to this.
  • Propose a complaint. The User may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority or take legal action.
